Ab initio Description of Iron and Steel: Multiple Impacts of Magnetism
The aim of the seminar is to bring together distinguished experts in ab-initio calculations and simulating/measuring magnetic properties of metals and steels. In particular, the meeting will be used to discuss recent progress in the accurate and efficient modeling of magnetic exicitations and their impact on material properties. It is the fifth workshop in a series of international meetings devoted to the ab initio description of iron and steel (ADIS).
