Registration & Deadline

Application

We encourage Ph. D. students, post-docs, young and senior scientists working on ab initio based materials design and/or scientific workflows to contribute to the discussions and to present their own research. The number of participants is strictly limited to 55 (incl. invited speakers) to be accommodated at Ringberg castle. We, therefore, advise scientists interested in attending the seminar to send their application as soon as possible to adis2023@mpie.de using the subject title  “ADIS2023 Registration”.

Your application should include an abstract and a confirmation that you will stay on site for the whole time of the workshop (29 Oct - 3 Nov 2023). You might also indicate if an accommodation in a single room is preferred. However, due to space limitations, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there will be no automatic response to your email. The scientific organizers will inform you about the possibility of participation after the submission deadline.

Deadline

The application / abstract submission deadline is October 15, 2023.

Conference Fee 

The conference fee of 560 € will solely be used to cover the prices for lodging (5 nights) and all meals at Ringberg castle. The funding by Psi-k allowed us to reduce these costs per participant. You will receive payment instruction after the registration deadline.
