Work Council

The work council is an honorary body elected by the MPIE employees. It has the right and the duty to represent and assert their interests vis-à-vis the employer within the legislative possibilities. Some of the topics that have been regulated through the company agreement are for example the structuring of flexitime, working time regulations and employee performance reviews.

A main goal is to improve work and life at the MPIE and to mediate in case of conflict between the executive board and the employees. Therefore, the work council is available for all employees at all times.
