The scientific program will start on Monday, 7 July 2014, and last until Friday (noon), 11 July 2014. There will be a welcome reception on Sunday evening, 6 July 2014. Check-out time is at or before 1:30 pm (not later) on Saturday, 12 July 2014.
Presentations
Invited talks of 50 min plus 10 min discussion ensure the possibility to give comprehensive introductions into the material using a tutorial style. A limited number of participants will have the opportunity to present their work in 25 min long contributed talks. All other participants will have the chance to present their own research in a poster session.
Poster presenters are advised to print their posters in advance and bring them to the workshop, since poster printing in local print shops is costly (approx. ~$89-95/poster). Poster printing will not be covered. Posters should be: 36 inches x 48 inches (91 cm x 122 cm) portrait style.
