GLADD (Ghent-Leuven-Aachen-Delft-Düsseldorf)
The GLADD meeting takes place every 6 months in
one of the participating labs.
The meeting aims at bringing together Master and
PhD students and Senior scientists to discuss, in a vital atmosphere, recent
progress in research.
Usually there are 8 presentations of Master students, PhD
students or post docs, each one about 30 minutes followed by 10 minutes of
discussion. The contributing labs all work on problems of microstructures,
textures and properties of structural and functional materials.
