It is meanwhile a pleasant tradition to invite you to our upcoming Intermetallics 2021 Conference. It will be the fifth meeting in this successfully established series of conferences, which this time is scheduled from 4^th till 8^th October 2021.Following our traditional scheme this conference will focus on materials based on intermetallic phases (intermetallics) to be envisaged for structural as well as functional applications. With a beneficial combination of high strength, low density and good corrosion resistance, they are specifically suited for applications at high temperatures and in severe environments. As some intermetallic phases show unique physical properties, they are also of interest for various functional applications.
