  • 2006-2007: M.Phil. in Materials Modelling, University of Cambridge, UK. Scholarships of the German Academic Exchange Service and the Ulderup Foundation. 
  • 2007-2011: Dr. rer. nat., Max-Planck-Institut für Metallforschung, Stuttgart, passed with distinction.
  • 2011-2015: Post-doctoral researcher at MPIE, Atom Probe Tomography group 
  • Since 2015: Group leader at MPIE, Alloys for Additive Manufacturing group. Funding by the MPG-FhG-collaboration project “AProLAM”.
