Mechanics meets Energy 2023

Mechanics meets Energy 2023

The 10th  'Mechanics Meets Energy' symposium took place at Kloster Steinfeld/Eifel from 6th–10th February 2023. We had several talks from SN-NG group on diverse topics of materials science  including invited talks by  Dominique Chatain (CINaM-UMR, CNRS - Aix Marseille Université,) ,Rebecca Janisch (ICAMS, Ruhr Universität Bochum)  and Janez Zavašnik (Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia) . Besides scientific talks, we went to MPI for Radio Astronomy at Effelsberg to visit their radio telescope and learn it's activities directly from the experts in the field.
