Open Day on July 12^th, 14.00 -22.00h – Experience the fascination of steel!

The Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung and the Stahl-Zentrum open their doors for young and old. On July 12^th we offer a variety of exciting experiments, guided laboratory tours, discussions and talks. The programme includes everything from a kids’ lab to researching under space conditions to insights into the nano cosmos of materials. Live music and a creative entertainment programme turn the Open Day into an event for the entire family and last but not least refreshments will be served throughout the day.
