Main Focus

-Annealing and Deformation Microstructure Evolution Modeling
-Specifically Tailored Hierarchical Parallel High Performance Computing
   Data Mining Tools using MPI/OpenMP/C++

Currently working on topics such as:
*Open source parallelized software for 3D-segmenting of CryoFIB images
*Within German NFDI development of open metadata specifications for
  experiments and tools for workflow automation, currently on applications
  specific for atom probe tomography
*Parallel implementations of descriptive spatial statistics, clustering analyses,
   as well as computational geometry for post-processing
   Atom Probe Tomography data sets
*Dynamic recrystallization, specifically state variable value spatial distribution
   with respect to distance to grain boundaries in crystal plasticity simulations
*Single-grain-resolved comprehensive analyses of driving forces
   and topology for abnormal sub-grain growth in 2d/3d
