Main Focus

Current project: Investigation of the microstructure of HT- and LT-PEM fuel cells.

General interests:

  • Correlation of microstructure and optoelectronic properties of thin-film solar cells (chalcopyrites CIGSSe, kesterites CZTSSe, CdTe)
  • Correlation of microstructure and electronic properties of thermoelectrica
  • Atom probe tomography (APT)
  • Correlated electron microscopy and APT measurements
  • Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX)
  • Dual-beam Docused Ion beam (FIB) microscopy
  • Cathodoluminescence (CL)
  • Electron Backscatter Diffraction - Transmission Kikuchi Diffraction
