Mohamed joined the SurMat Doctoral Programme in December 2019.
He is working in the research group Electronic Materials and Nanostructures, led by Prof. Gerd Bacher. The group is part of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the University Duisburg-Essen.
